SCTM Publishes Call for Applications for Technical Assistance in Conducting the Final Analysis of the LSG Performance and Capacities for Implementing Good Governance Principles

The Analysis is conducted within the “Improvement of Good Governance at the Local Level” project supported by the Swiss Government. The project is implemented by the SCTM within the Swiss Government Programme Enhancing Good Governance and Social Inclusion for Municipal Development – Swiss PRO, with the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) acting as the implementing partner.

The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) published the call for applications for technical assistance in conducting the final “Analysis of the Local Self-Governments’ Performance and Capacities for Implementing Good Governance Principles at the Local Level”.

The applications should be submitted by 3 pm on 14 September 2021.

In 2018, the SCTM conducted the baseline Analysis of Performance and Capacities of Local Self-Governments’ in Implementation of Good Governance Principles. It is now conducting a new research  to measure the progress cities and municipalities have made in applying good governance principles over the past four years.
