Public Call for Support to Local-Self-Governments in Implementation of Social Protection Services as Response to Covid-19 Consequences

With the support of the Government of Switzerland the Swiss PRO Programme through the new public call under the slogan "Forces Allied, Support Provide" will directly support up to 20 local self-governments to conduct projects for the development and implementation of social protection services aimed at mitigating the impacts of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Total budget of the public call: EUR 312,000. Grant value: up to EUR 15,600.

The duration of the projects will be from 10 to 12 months, with the active provision of social protection services for at least eight months, and a partnership with the Center for Social Work is possible.

The public call will be open until 26 February 2021.

The public call for proposals has been organised through a competitive process and the selection of beneficiaries will be made through evaluation and ranking of the submitted project proposals. All the details about the process, the selection criteria and the applying procedure are available in the Call for Proposals Description and Criteria

To help all interested LSGs to learn all the details of the public call - including the application form, the project selection criteria and the eligible costs, the Swiss PRO Programme will organised two online informative sessions:

  • Monday, February 1, at 11:00
  • Wednesday, February 3, at 11:00
