By using eServices you are saving time and money. Without waiting in line and at no extra cost, via their cell phones, tablets or computers, numerous services extended by local self-governments can be launched quickly and easily.

The Swiss PRO Programme supported the development of the eServices for applications for maternity benefits or IVF refunds and requests for information on location. Citizens can now also report communal problems, send petitions to the communal, traffic or environmental inspectorates, as well as comments on draft planning documents or decisions on their development in the early public insight period.

With an aim to raise public awareness of the available eServices and the advantages of using open data, the Swiss PRO organised a campaign under the slogan “Let’s Click Together!”. One of the main goals is to increase the number of eServices users, especially those belonging to vulnerable social groups.

The campaing „Let’s Click Together“ is realiised within the Programme “Enhancing Good Governance and Social Inclusion for Municipal Development – Swiss PRO", supported by the Government of Switzerland in cooperation with the Government of Serbia, and implemented by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in partnership with the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM).
