Deadline for applications for public call for the development of social protection services additionally extended until May 22

Due to a State of Emergency on the Territory of the Republic of Serbia caused by the spreading of COVID-19 virus, as well as based on the feedback from local self-governments, the Swiss PRO Programme has decided to additionally extend the public call for the development of social protection services. New deadline for the submission of project proposals is 22 May 2020.
The public call under the slogan "Join Forces, Provide Support" aims at increasing the availability and quality of social protection services for at least 500 beneficiaries from vulnerable social groups. Ninety-six towns and municipalities from the Sumadija region, West, South and East Serbia are eligible to participate.
Through the call, the Government of Switzerland will support up to 20 local self-governments with a total of EUR 242,000 in establishing an efficient and sustainable social protection system.
