The SCTM team with hired experts offers all interested local self-governments over 20 different services in drafting acts (decisions, ordinances, guidelines, etc.), based on the SCTM model of local acts, as well as advisory support in the preparation and implementation of individual processes related to implementation of good governance principles at the local level, within the following areas:

• Citizen Participation and Transparency in the Budget Process,
• Gender Responsive Budgeting,
• Transparent Funding of Civil Society Organizations,
• Anti-Corruption Policies at the Local Level, and
• Administrative Efficiency and Effectiveness

This service for cities and municipalities is free of charge, and representatives of all interested LSGs can find more information on the SCTM website.

This activity is implemented within the Project "Enhancing Good Governance at the Local Level", through the Programme "Enhancing Good Governance and Social Inclusion for Municipal Development – Swiss PRO", implemented by the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in partnership in the SCTM.
