E-training (remote learning) on good governance is free of charge and intended for decision-makers and employees in cities and municipalities. The aim of the training, which was successfully completed by 146 participants within the Swiss PRO Program last year, is to strengthen the capacity of local self-governments for the adoption and implementation of the principles of good governance: efficiency, effectiveness, transparency, accountability, rule of law, participation, equality and non-discrimination in everyday practice.
Participants who successfully complete this training, that is, respond to tests and assignments within each of the 13 lessons, will be issued an official certificate by the SCTM in collaboration with the National Academy for Public Administration.
For the participants of the training, the SCTM will organise on 1 October 2019 at 11 am, the initial one-day gathering on 1 October 2019 at 11:00, in Hotel “M” (Bulevar oslobođenja 56a), in order to provide basic information about the training programme, mentors and method of work and using the remote learning platform. The agenda will be sent to the participants in due course.
More information on how to apply and the training programme can be found on the SCTM webpage.
